We build better communities
At Coil, we understand that a building is more than just a building—it's a part of our community.

We work with clients to discuss space needs, and uses of the space. We seek to learn what is going on inside the building, then plan around those needs. We use that information to provide multiple conceptual site plans and conceptual floorplans that would best suit your needs. As design progresses, we facilitate regular design meetings to ensure that all the goals for the space are being met.

With design finalized, we create a detailed construction schedule and provide a formal safety plan. We provide full-time on-site supervision, along with oversight from a project manager, to ensure timely material deliveries, safety and quality controls are in place and hold accountable all subcontractors.

Once the building is completed and our marketing team has assisted our clients in celebrating their new space, the warranty period for the building will begin, and our facility management team will be available for regular inspections, maintenance, repairs and unexpected service calls.
