Construction management

Once the contract is signed, we will work internally to create a construction management team that will oversee the process for your project.

Bidding

We will get bids for subcontractors and all necessary tradespeople, and we will invite you to sit with our team so you have the opportunity to choose any subcontractors you might prefer.

Maintain

Facilities management

When your space is complete, our team of facility technicians are available for regularly scheduled inspections & services, as well as unexpected service calls.

Maintenance

Our team provides a wide range of services, from plumbing, lighting, painting, and even small improvement projects, to ensure your building is safe and runs efficiently.

Warranty & improvements

Once your space is completed, the warranty for your building will begin. Our team will be glad to provide improvements and repair any issues that you may experience with your building.
