Our Approach:

Sophia’s came to Coil with architectural and engineering plans in hand, seeking pricing for a full renovation of a former restaurant space. When initial estimates exceeded their budget, we collaborated closely with the owners to value engineer the project. We preserved the intended look and feel while identifying cost-effective alternatives. Once a revised budget was agreed upon, we maintained an open and flexible design process throughout construction. As finishes and design elements evolved, we worked hand-in-hand with the client to ensure every detail aligned with their vision.
