Expansion and renovation construction with variety of spaces for large group gatherings, classrooms, offices and recreational areas.

Our Approach

With growing enrollment, the college needed more space and upgrades. We have become their construction partner of choice for the last 5 years and have made upgrades to other spaces like athletic facilities, dorms and cafeteria and most recently the nursing building.

This was a complex project because there were a lot of different things that were happening all at one time while on an occupied campus. We had to work with them logistically to keep students safe and align our work to their academic calendar.
