Our Approach

We spent a year planning the project design, incorporating real drone footage of the site and blending it with 3D renderings to provide the client with detailed visualizations of the new campus and buildings. Our team collaborated with executives, city officials and designers to produce a comprehensive, finalized design.

Additionally, we developed a phased construction plan that enabled the client to achieve their overall objectives while remaining operational at the same location throughout the process.
