Our Approach

We collaborated with the owner to assess the site, ensuring it aligned with both budget constraints and program requirements. The purchased land presented significant development challenges, including the need for rezoning and addressing complex infrastructure issues. To navigate the rezoning process, our team developed a comprehensive conceptual plan, which was reviewed with city council members, local stakeholders and the community to secure the necessary approvals and move the project forward.
