Ron joined Coil in 2019 as a project manager after 26 years of service as an officer with the Columbia Police Department. In 2023, Ron became the director of field operations. His past experiences as a police officer assist him in his work with various city departments and in navigating local building requirements. Ron spends the majority of his time out on site, as his primary responsibility is to oversee field operations for the Regional Operations Division. Outside of his work at Coil, Ron enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his horses in the arena or on his farm.
