Megan started at Coil in 2023 as chief financial officer, with responsibilities including oversight of accounting functions and financial relations, as well as financial reporting related to both construction and development ventures. After graduating from the University of Missouri with her Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in taxation, she worked for a local certified public accounting and business consulting firm in the tax department, working mainly with small businesses and nonprofits. Megan then spent 10 years as controller for a property management company, dealing with oversight of accounting and reporting as well as assisting with compliance reporting. Most recently she helped build and oversee a controller services department, handling both outsourced CFO work as well as daily accounting functions for clients. Megan serves as the treasurer for Meals on Wheels and is a past board member and treasurer of True North, as well as a volunteer at her children’s school. Megan is a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants and the Missouri Society of CPAs. She spends her free time running, working out, going to concerts, spending time with family and friends and going to her children’s sporting activities.
