A native of Boonville, MO, Lucas graduated from Missouri S&T with a degree in Civil Engineering. He began his career as a project engineer in St. Louis in the water and wastewater industry. Outside of work, Lucas enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family and friends.
