This depends on the site and scope of the project. Smaller projects might take 60 to 90 days; larger projects may take multiple months. It’s crucial to complete a feasibility study before a construction project to assess viability and minimize risk. It provides detailed insights into project scope, cost estimation, and resource requirements for realistic planning and budgeting. By identifying potential challenges early, such as site limitations or regulatory hurdles, it allows for proactive solutions and smoother project execution. Stakeholders can make informed decisions based on market analysis and economic feasibility to align with business objectives. Moreover, a feasibility study enhances project sustainability by considering long-term operational and maintenance costs, ultimately improving the overall success and profitability of your project.

“During my interview, Randy Coil demonstrated a great deal of professionalism and integrity. I became more interested in his values as a business leader and the company philosophy in dealing with clients than the job itself. Being part of a company that is founded on integrity, quality workmanship and a good reputation was and still is very important to me.”

We collaborated with the Boys and Girls Club of Columbia to expand their teen program space, adding a high school-sized basketball court, a commercial kitchen, a teen activities and computer room, a music recording studio and a performing arts stage.
We built a 12,500 square foot building for Mobility World Wide to manufacture their Personal Energy Transportation (PET) carts. The building provides more space for the organization with improved loading docks, larger assembly areas and a greatly increased storage capacity.
Our ongoing partnership with Boy Scouts of America has resulted in the build of a 2,300 square foot building for merit badge courses, 4,050 square feet of Invention Lab space to encourage technology and innovation among youth, drip-field septic system and dosing tanks designed for the entire reservation and a large viewing deck overlooking Lake of the Ozarks.
We partnered with St. Raymond’s Society to renovate and transform 11,000 square feet of medical office space into eight classrooms and office spaces, launching their preschool and infant care program, Super Start Preschool. This project supports St. Raymond’s mission of partnering with new and expectant mothers to build a thriving future for themselves and their families.
We worked alongside Welcome Home, a nonprofit veteran centered organization, to build their emergency shelter for Veterans. This center provides 32 transitional housing rooms, with 34 beds, for homeless Veterans and families.

“Coil did an amazing job on our building. Our patients are so happy with the space. They say that they could sit in the reception area for hours because it feels like a New York spa. The exterior and interior of the building reflect our commitment to the highest quality of treatment and patients have definitely picked up on that underlying message. ”

The exterior and interior of the building reflect our commitment to the highest quality of treatment and patients have definitely picked up on that underlying message. We had a man that came in recently for a full mouth makeover and we asked him how he heard about us. He said, “I drove by and figured if you had this nice of a building you must be good dentists.” I love the angle on the front of the building along with all of the glass. Now that it is winter there is nothing better than sitting by the front glass of my office and letting the sun warm me up. I feel like we captured a clean and modern looking building that still is inviting for our patients.

I had the most wonderful superintendent, Mark O’Bryan. He is so nice and I think he worked as much I did this month. Katie Partise was my designer and project manager and she was excellent as well. I am going to miss these guys. My project ran on time! I am incredibly thankful they were so easy and wonderful to work with. I hope God blesses them for being a blessing to us.

“Coil brings so much more to the table than just building the quality product. They keep a lot of bad things from happening that you never even know about as a customer, all because they take the time on the front end to understand what makes you tick, who you are, and what works for you and what doesn’t.”

“It’s one thing to be able to build a white box building on a blank slate with no other business happening, but we were still running our manufacturing facility and we still had to operate, keep our bar open, sell product to our wholesalers and get it out to the community… we were still working full time jobs in the middle of this massive expansion and construction project. ”

The amount of communication, care and respect that was shown to us and our staff and vise versa… I think it made the project. That was Coil and the subs they hired and surrounded us with. They did a really excellent job of not only the building itself, but working alongside our team as we’re working to build our company.”
Tyson Hunt
“They were always very open and communicative about what they were doing and how they were doing it. I watched them get up on the roof and use tools I’ve never seen before – everything was done with grace, patience and professionalism. The outcome was just beautiful.”

“Working with Coil Construction was hands down the best decision we made in building our new office. I am not sure how Katie did it. Maybe she really is a mind reader? Coil and Co. knocked every detail out of the park and understood exactly what we were going for even when we couldn’t articulate it. ”
