Description
The role of the project manager is to manage a project’s scope, budget, and schedule throughout the duration of the preconstruction and construction phases of the project.

- Scheduling & Site Logistics
Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
- Minimum 5 years as a crew supervisor
- Blueprint reading
- Use of transit to read grade differencials, and foundation/framing wall layout
- Operate a skid loader and forklift
- Operate a scissor lift and aerial lift
- OSHA 10-Hour
- Scaffolding assembly training
- First Aid/CPR Training
- Hazardous Materials Communications training
- Fall Protection and Leading Edge Work Training
Working Environment
- 100% field
- Working hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
- Physical requirements include ability to climb ladders, operate skid loaders, and hang solid core wood doors
- Travel requirements include working on projects in the central Missouri area, or further with travel pay
