Description
The role of the project manager is to manage a project’s scope, budget, and schedule throughout the duration of the preconstruction and construction phases of the project.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
  • Minimum 5 years as a crew supervisor
  • Blueprint reading
  • Use of transit to read grade differencials, and foundation/framing wall layout
  • Operate a skid loader and forklift
  • Operate a scissor lift and aerial lift
  • OSHA 10-Hour
  • Scaffolding assembly training
  • First Aid/CPR Training
  • Hazardous Materials Communications training
  • Fall Protection and Leading Edge Work Training
Working Environment
  • 100% field
  • Working hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday
  • Physical requirements include ability to climb ladders, operate skid loaders, and hang solid core wood doors
  • Travel requirements include working on projects in the central Missouri area, or further with travel pay
